A&E Department Positions:

 

CAD Drafter
Under the general direction of an A&E Lead and/or A&E Project Manager, CAD Drafters are required to be proficient in AutoCAD and have 1-2+ years of drafting experience.  Knowledge of wireless, basic construction, electrical, and architectural standards is preferred.

Site Acquisition Positions:

 

Site Acquisition Project Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Wireless Telecom Site Acquisition Project Manager with 5 years minimum AT&T experience to oversee our Macro New Site Build site development activities such as site evaluation, regulatory, zoning, and permitting for our Irvine office.  Project Manager will drive strong customer service, both internally and externally, and ensure client relationships are well maintained, and project timelines are met within budget. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Site Acquisition and Land Use Planner
Under the limited direction and exercising independent judgement, the Site Acquisition/non-manager is responsible for managing and coordinating telecommunication site development for multiple telecom sites (50-100+) on behalf of our wireless telecommunication clients. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations that compare and contrast benefits and risks for specific cell site locations. After site selection, the position is responsible for negotiating a lease with the landlord/property owner and submitting and obtaining all Zoning and Building permits necessary to install telecommunications equipment to the selected property. Previous wireless telecommunications experience on macro sites or small cell, right-of-way experience and working with local So Cal jurisdictions preferred. Successful candidates must possess strong communication and computer skills to relay technical and legal information to pertinent parties.
